If a puzzle is not working

Please tell us three things: which puzzle, what device and browser you are using, and what you saw. "The Water Sort tubes do not respond on my iPad in Safari" is the kind of report we can act on. It is worth reloading the page once before you write, since that fixes most loading problems.

If something is wrong in a guide

The solving guides are written by hand, and mistakes can slip through. If a rule is described incorrectly or a tip does not work, send us the name of the puzzle and the sentence in question.

If you have a puzzle to suggest

We like hearing about good puzzles, especially ones with simple rules and a definite solution. Describe it or send a link. We only add puzzles that we are free to use, so we cannot copy someone else's game.

Copyright concerns

If you believe something on GridPencil uses your work without permission, email us with the address of the page, a description of the original and your contact details. The terms page sets out what a notice should contain.

Adverts, when shown, are supplied by Google and are not chosen by us one by one. If you see one that seems out of place on a puzzle site, let us know what it was and where it appeared.

Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information by email. We will never ask for them.
